IIL launches two new crop protection products Shinwa & Izuki with
Nissan Chemical Corporation, Japan

1. Shinwa is a novel patented insecticide from Nissan Chemical Corporation, Japan to control thrips and Lepidopteran in a variety of crops
2. Izuki is the exclusive fungicide in technical collaboration with Nissan Chemical A corporation which protects the paddy against Sheath Blight and Blast disease
 
Hyderabad, April 4th 2022: Insecticides (India) Ltd., one of India’s leading crop protection companies and Nissan Chemical Corporation has unveiled Shinwa, a novel insecticide by Nissan Chemical Corporation, Japan & Izuki, a combination fungicide developed in technical collaboration with Japan’s Nissan Chemical Corporation.
Shinwa is a Novel insecticide that effectively controls the lepidopteran pests and Thrips, in variety of Crops. Shinwa provides a better control by quick knockdown effect and the duration of control is also better than other available insecticides. Shinwa is a promising product for IIL as this will open its avenues to a larger market in variety of crops like brinjal, okra, chilli, tomato, cabbage and red gram etc.
Izuki is a unique broad-spectrum fungicide combination of two molecules with excellent prophylactic and curative properties. It protects paddy against diseases such as sheath blight & blast. Izuki is extremely safe for pollinators and the environment too.

“Response for Shinwa & Izuki has been tremendous in the initial trail phase. Shinwa has been found to be effective in both high and low temperatures, with a rain fastness of around 2 hours (ability to resist removal or wash-off due to rain and other environmental effects). It quickly get absorbed on the surface of crops, making it much better for rainy conditions after spray. Shinwa is a fast-acting insecticide that causes target pests to stop damaging crops and they begin dying within a few hours
of the spray. We are optimistic that Shinwa will benefit a large number of farmers during the Kharif season,” added Mr. Sanjay Singh, Sr. GM, IIL.
